2022年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)是黨和國(guo)家歷史上(shang)極為重要的一年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),黨的二(er)十大(da)勝利召(zhao)開,擘畫了全面(mian)建設(she)社(she)會主義(yi)現(xian)代(dai)化國(guo)家、以中國(guo)式現(xian)代(dai)化全面(mian)推(tui)進中華民族偉(wei)大(da)復興的宏偉(wei)藍圖。《2022年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)國(guo)民經濟(ji)和社(she)會發展(zhan)統計公報(bao)》顯示,初步(bu)核(he)算(suan),2022年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)我國(guo)國(guo)內生(sheng)產(chan)總值(zhi)(zhi)(GDP)比上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)增(zeng)長(chang)3.0%;經濟(ji)規模突破120萬億元(yuan),人均GDP達(da)到85698元(yuan),比上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)增(zeng)長(chang)3.0%。全年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)全國(guo)萬元(yuan)國(guo)內生(sheng)產(chan)總值(zhi)(zhi)能耗比上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)下降0.1%。
2022年,電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)行(xing)業展現出(chu)穩(wen)中有進(jin)的良好發展態勢。電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)消費(fei)增速實現平穩(wen)增長,電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)消費(fei)結構繼續(xu)優化。電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)生產供應(ying)(ying)能力(li)(li)(li)持(chi)續(xu)提(ti)升,2022年末全國發電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機容量達(da)25.6億(yi)(yi)千瓦,比上一(yi)年增長7.8%。電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機結構延續(xu)綠色低碳轉型,非(fei)化石(shi)能源(yuan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機占比近半,可再生能源(yuan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機歷史性超過煤電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機。2022年我國發電(dian)量88487.1億(yi)(yi)千瓦時,同比增長3.7%,新能源(yuan)年發電(dian)量首(shou)次突破1萬億(yi)(yi)千瓦時。電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)改革創新有效激發高質量發展動力(li)(li)(li)活力(li)(li)(li),全年市場(chang)化交易電(dian)量約(yue)5.25萬億(yi)(yi)千瓦時,輔助服務市場(chang)建設不斷深化。全力(li)(li)(li)保障電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)安全穩(wen)定供應(ying)(ying),布局建設一(yi)批支撐(cheng)性調節性電(dian)源(yuan)。重大(da)工(gong)程(cheng)建設加速推進(jin),為推動經濟(ji)行(xing)穩(wen)致遠(yuan)注入持(chi)久動力(li)(li)(li)。
一、電(dian)力消費平穩增長(chang),結構日益優化
(一)
全(quan)社會(hui)用電量同比增長3.6%
2022年,我(wo)國電(dian)力(li)消費(fei)平穩增(zeng)長(chang)。根據中國電(dian)力(li)企業聯合會(以(yi)下(xia)簡稱“中電(dian)聯”)數據,2022年,全社會用電(dian)量(liang)(liang)86372億千瓦(wa)時,同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)3.6%。受疫情、氣候變(bian)化等因素影響,2022年用電(dian)量(liang)(liang)增(zeng)速(su)回落,為近5年來最(zui)低(di),略低(di)于2020年的(de)4.1%。

(二)
季(ji)度(du)用(yong)電增速波動
2022年各季(ji)度全社會用電量總體(ti)波動明顯,一、二(er)、三、四(si)季(ji)度,全社會用電量同比(bi)分別增長5.0%、0.8%、6.0%、2.5%。
受宏觀經濟(ji)延續恢復(fu)發(fa)展態勢(shi)及2月氣溫偏冷影響,電(dian)力消費增速提高,一季(ji)(ji)度電(dian)力消費小幅(fu)增長。3月和(he)10月多地(di)疫情(qing)散發(fa),第(di)二和(he)第(di)四季(ji)(ji)度用電(dian)量滑落。

(三)
氣溫(wen)變化和(he)疫情對產業用(yong)電(dian)增(zeng)速影響明顯
2022年,第(di)一(yi)產(chan)業和城鄉居民生活(huo)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)實現兩位數增長(chang)。第(di)一(yi)產(chan)業用(yong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)1146億(yi)千瓦時(shi),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)10.4%;第(di)二產(chan)業用(yong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)57001億(yi)千瓦時(shi),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)1.2%;第(di)三產(chan)業用(yong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)14859億(yi)千瓦時(shi),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)4.4%;城鄉居民生活(huo)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)13366億(yi)千瓦時(shi),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)13.8%。

注:2018年3月,國家統計局《關于修訂<三次產業劃分規定(2012)>的通知》明確將“農、林、牧、漁服務業”調整到第三產業后,再更名為“農、林、牧、漁專業及輔助性活動”,電力行業按照最新的標準開展行業統計工作,為保證數據可比,2017年之后的數據已根據新標準重新分類。

一(yi)季(ji)(ji)度(du),一(yi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)、三產(chan)(chan)(chan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)成(cheng)為拉(la)動全(quan)(quan)(quan)社會用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)增(zeng)長的主要動力(li)。鄉(xiang)村電(dian)(dian)氣化水平的持續(xu)(xu)提(ti)升,拉(la)動第一(yi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)保持快(kuai)速增(zeng)長。受(shou)氣溫(wen)(wen)偏冷影(ying)(ying)響,城鄉(xiang)居(ju)(ju)民生(sheng)(sheng)活用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)增(zeng)速同比(bi)提(ti)升。3月多地疫情散(san)發,影(ying)(ying)響二產(chan)(chan)(chan)三產(chan)(chan)(chan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)下滑。進入二季(ji)(ji)度(du),各產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)增(zeng)速較一(yi)季(ji)(ji)度(du)有所下滑,二季(ji)(ji)度(du)受(shou)疫情等因素影(ying)(ying)響,交通運輸/倉儲和(he)郵政業(ye)、住宿(su)和(he)餐飲業(ye)受(shou)到沖(chong)擊(ji),三產(chan)(chan)(chan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)下降(jiang)。8月,全(quan)(quan)(quan)國出現大范圍(wei)持續(xu)(xu)高溫(wen)(wen)天氣,全(quan)(quan)(quan)國平均氣溫(wen)(wen)達(da)到近(jin)20年歷史同期(qi)最高水平,當(dang)月居(ju)(ju)民生(sheng)(sheng)活用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)增(zeng)長33.5%,拉(la)動三季(ji)(ji)度(du)居(ju)(ju)民生(sheng)(sheng)活用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)快(kuai)速增(zeng)長。12月受(shou)4次(ci)冷空氣過程(cheng)影(ying)(ying)響,當(dang)月全(quan)(quan)(quan)國平均氣溫(wen)(wen)為近(jin)十(shi)年來最低,當(dang)月居(ju)(ju)民生(sheng)(sheng)活用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)增(zeng)長35.0%,拉(la)動四季(ji)(ji)度(du)居(ju)(ju)民生(sheng)(sheng)活用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)快(kuai)速增(zeng)長。電(dian)(dian)動汽(qi)車行業(ye)高速發展,全(quan)(quan)(quan)年新(xin)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)汽(qi)車產(chan)(chan)(chan)量(liang)同比(bi)增(zeng)長90.5%,新(xin)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)車整車制造用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)大幅增(zeng)長71.7%,拉(la)動全(quan)(quan)(quan)年充(chong)換電(dian)(dian)服務(wu)業(ye)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)同比(bi)增(zeng)長38.1%。
(四)
電(dian)力消費結構(gou)繼(ji)續優化,二產用電(dian)占比(bi)逐年遞減(jian)
全社(she)會用(yong)電(dian)量(liang)保持平(ping)穩增長的同時,電(dian)力消費結構正日益優化(hua)。第(di)二產(chan)業(ye)(ye)用(yong)電(dian)比重略有(you)收縮,第(di)一(yi)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)、第(di)三產(chan)業(ye)(ye)、城(cheng)鄉(xiang)居民(min)生活用(yong)電(dian)比重略微(wei)擴大(da)。隨著鄉(xiang)村用(yong)電(dian)條件持續改善,高(gao)技術及裝備制造業(ye)(ye)、充換電(dian)服務業(ye)(ye)、新興服務業(ye)(ye)等進一(yi)步(bu)快速(su)發展和城(cheng)鄉(xiang)居民(min)生活水(shui)平(ping)的提高(gao),用(yong)電(dian)結構將進一(yi)步(bu)向一(yi)產(chan)、三產(chan)和居民(min)傾(qing)斜。

二、電力裝機規模持(chi)續(xu)提升,非(fei)化石能源占(zhan)比(bi)首(shou)次超(chao)過煤電
(一)
全(quan)國電力裝(zhuang)機規模25.6億(yi)千瓦(wa),同比增長(chang)7.8%
截(jie)至2022年底(di),全(quan)國發電裝機容量約25.6億千瓦,同(tong)比增長(chang)7.8%,增幅收(shou)縮0.1個百分點。
我國發(fa)電裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)容量在(zai)近十(shi)年(nian)內保持中高速(su)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)。2013—2022年(nian),我國發(fa)電裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)累計容量從(cong)12.6億千瓦(wa)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)到(dao)25.6億千瓦(wa)。裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)呈(cheng)波(bo)動走(zou)勢,2015—2019年(nian),裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)呈(cheng)下降趨(qu)勢,至(zhi)2020年(nian)陡然回升,最主(zhu)要原因是風電、太陽能(neng)發(fa)電等(deng)新能(neng)源新增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)創(chuang)歷史新高。2021—2022年(nian)電力裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)維持相似(si)水平。

(二)
非化石能源(yuan)裝(zhuang)機占比近半,可再生能源(yuan)裝(zhuang)機歷(li)史(shi)性(xing)超過煤電裝(zhuang)機
發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)綠色轉型持(chi)續(xu)推進,可再生能(neng)源(yuan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)達12.13億(yi)(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)。2022年(nian),全(quan)(quan)(quan)國(guo)全(quan)(quan)(quan)口(kou)徑火電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)量(liang)13.3億(yi)(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa),其中,煤電(dian)(dian)(dian)11.2億(yi)(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa),與去年(nian)基本持(chi)平,占總(zong)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)量(liang)的比(bi)重為(wei)43.8%,同比(bi)降低2.9個百分(fen)點。水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)量(liang)突破4億(yi)(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa),達4.1億(yi)(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)(常規水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)3.68億(yi)(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa),抽水(shui)蓄能(neng)4579萬千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa));并網(wang)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)3.65億(yi)(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)(陸(lu)上(shang)3.35億(yi)(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa),海上(shang)3046萬千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa));并網(wang)太陽能(neng)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)3.9億(yi)(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)(集中式(shi)2.3億(yi)(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa),分(fen)布式(shi)1.6億(yi)(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa),光(guang)熱58.8萬千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa))。核電(dian)(dian)(dian)5553萬千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)。生物質(zhi)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)3798萬千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)。水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、風電(dian)(dian)(dian)、光(guang)伏發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、生物質(zhi)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)規模均已(yi)連續(xu)多(duo)年(nian)穩居全(quan)(quan)(quan)球首位。

非(fei)化(hua)石能源(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)規模創歷史新(xin)高(gao),在全國電(dian)力裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)量的占(zhan)比(bi)接近一半(ban)。從十年歷史數據來看,非(fei)化(hua)石能源(yuan)(yuan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)比(bi)重明顯上升,2022年全口徑非(fei)化(hua)石能源(yuan)(yuan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)達12.7億千瓦(wa),同(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)13.8%,占(zhan)總發(fa)電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)量比(bi)重為49.6%,同(tong)比(bi)提高(gao)2.6個百分點。2022年可再生能源(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)電(dian)累(lei)計裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)量達到12.13億千瓦(wa),在全國發(fa)電(dian)總裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)量占(zhan)比(bi)達47.3%,較2021年提高(gao)2.5個百分點。
從裝(zhuang)機(ji)增(zeng)速(su)(su)看,2022年(nian)(nian),太陽(yang)能發電(dian)裝(zhuang)機(ji)以28.1%的速(su)(su)度大幅增(zeng)長,風(feng)電(dian)裝(zhuang)機(ji)增(zeng)速(su)(su)回落到同2017年(nian)(nian)相同的11.2%,核電(dian)同比增(zeng)長4.3%,水電(dian)同比增(zeng)長5.8%,火電(dian)同比增(zeng)長2.7%。

(三)
全國新(xin)(xin)投產的總發(fa)電裝機(ji)規(gui)模創歷史新(xin)(xin)高,可(ke)再(zai)生能源新(xin)(xin)增裝機(ji)成主力
2022年(nian),全國(guo)新(xin)(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)容量(liang)19974萬(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),同(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長11.5%,較2021年(nian)提高(gao)近18個百分點。全年(nian)可再生能源新(xin)(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)1.52億千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),占全國(guo)新(xin)(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)76.2%,已成為我國(guo)電(dian)(dian)力新(xin)(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)主體。其中,新(xin)(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)水電(dian)(dian)、風電(dian)(dian)、太陽能發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)2387、3763、8741萬(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),核電(dian)(dian)228萬(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),生物質334萬(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),火電(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)4471萬(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)。新(xin)(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)非化(hua)石(shi)能源發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)容量(liang)1.6億千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),占新(xin)(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)總(zong)容量(liang)的(de)比重為80.1%。2022年(nian)分布式光伏(fu)新(xin)(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)5111萬(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),占當(dang)年(nian)光伏(fu)新(xin)(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)58%以(yi)上(shang)。
2018、2019兩年新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)規模連續下滑。2020年,在(zai)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)、風電(dian)(dian)(dian)、太陽能發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)高速(su)增(zeng)(zeng)長的(de)帶動下,新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)容(rong)量(liang)大幅提升。2021年受(shou)火電(dian)(dian)(dian)、風電(dian)(dian)(dian)新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)容(rong)量(liang)減少的(de)影響,整體(ti)新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)規模同比出現(xian)下滑。2022年,在(zai)火電(dian)(dian)(dian)、核電(dian)(dian)(dian)、風電(dian)(dian)(dian)新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)增(zeng)(zeng)速(su)負增(zeng)(zeng)長情況下,太陽能發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)容(rong)量(liang)增(zeng)(zeng)速(su)達約60%,拉高全年新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)增(zeng)(zeng)速(su)。

2022年(nian)新增的各類(lei)型發(fa)電裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)中,七成以上都(dou)是非化石能源。風電、光伏發(fa)電新增裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)規模1.25億千瓦,連續三年(nian)突破(po)1億千瓦,新增分(fen)布式(shi)光伏歷史上首次(ci)超過集中式(shi)電站。
●新增(zeng)火(huo)電裝機
2022年(nian)(nian)(nian)新增(zeng)火電(dian)裝機(ji)較上一年(nian)(nian)(nian)同期(qi)減少468萬千瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)。“十三(san)五(wu)”以(yi)來,我國(guo)(guo)(guo)已建(jian)成全球最(zui)大的清潔煤(mei)(mei)電(dian)供(gong)應體系。截至2021年(nian)(nian)(nian)底,我國(guo)(guo)(guo)實現(xian)超(chao)(chao)(chao)低排放的煤(mei)(mei)電(dian)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)超(chao)(chao)(chao)過(guo)(guo)10億千瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)、節能(neng)(neng)(neng)改(gai)造(zao)規模(mo)(mo)近9億千瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)、靈活性改(gai)造(zao)規模(mo)(mo)超(chao)(chao)(chao)過(guo)(guo)1億千瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)。2022年(nian)(nian)(nian)煤(mei)(mei)電(dian)行業持續(xu)淘汰落后產能(neng)(neng)(neng),煤(mei)(mei)電(dian)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)清潔高效靈活性水(shui)平進一步(bu)提(ti)升。國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)在建(jian)最(zui)大火電(dian)項目(mu)第(di)三(san)臺(tai)百萬千瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)——國(guo)(guo)(guo)家能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)集團國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)電(dian)力上海廟發電(dian)公司(si)3號機(ji)組(zu)(zu)正(zheng)式投入(ru)(ru)商業運營;國(guo)(guo)(guo)家能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)集團福建(jian)羅(luo)源(yuan)灣(wan)項目(mu)2號機(ji)組(zu)(zu)正(zheng)式投入(ru)(ru)商業運營;羅(luo)源(yuan)灣(wan)項目(mu)一期(qi)工程(cheng)兩臺(tai)超(chao)(chao)(chao)超(chao)(chao)(chao)臨界百萬千瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)火電(dian)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)全面建(jian)成投產;國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)最(zui)大煤(mei)(mei)電(dian)CCUS示范工程(cheng)進入(ru)(ru)主體施工階段;首臺(tai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)產F級(ji)50兆瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)重型燃氣輪機(ji)完工發運。

●新增(zeng)新能源(yuan)裝機
以沙漠(mo)、戈(ge)壁、荒(huang)漠(mo)地區為重點的大型風(feng)電(dian)光伏基地建(jian)設(she)進展順利(li)。2022年,全國(guo)風(feng)電(dian)新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)并網(wang)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)3763萬千瓦(wa)(wa),陸上(shang)風(feng)電(dian)新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)3067萬千瓦(wa)(wa),海上(shang)風(feng)電(dian)新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)1690萬千瓦(wa)(wa)。經過2020年的搶裝(zhuang)期,風(feng)電(dian)新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)增(zeng)(zeng)速有所回(hui)(hui)落,2022年仍為負增(zeng)(zeng)長,但是增(zeng)(zeng)速回(hui)(hui)升(sheng)了13個百(bai)分(fen)點。
2022年,全國太陽能發電(dian)新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)裝(zhuang)機(ji)8741萬千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),全國光(guang)伏(fu)(fu)新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)并(bing)網裝(zhuang)機(ji)8740.8萬千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),其中(zhong),集(ji)中(zhong)式(shi)光(guang)伏(fu)(fu)電(dian)站(zhan)3629.4萬千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、分布式(shi)光(guang)伏(fu)(fu)5111.4萬千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)。分布式(shi)光(guang)伏(fu)(fu)新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)發電(dian)裝(zhuang)機(ji)約占(zhan)全部(bu)光(guang)伏(fu)(fu)新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)的(de)58%以上(shang),分布式(shi)發展(zhan)成(cheng)為(wei)風電(dian)光(guang)伏(fu)(fu)發展(zhan)主要方式(shi)。戶(hu)用光(guang)伏(fu)(fu)繼2020年首次超過1000萬千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)后,2022年達2524.6萬千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)。從全國光(guang)伏(fu)(fu)新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)裝(zhuang)機(ji)布局看,裝(zhuang)機(ji)占(zhan)比較高的(de)區(qu)域為(wei)華(hua)(hua)北、華(hua)(hua)東和(he)華(hua)(hua)中(zhong)地(di)區(qu)。

2022年,核(he)電(dian)新增裝(zhuang)機較上年增加228萬千瓦。主要有華(hua)龍一號示范工程福(fu)清核(he)電(dian)6號機組投(tou)入商業(ye)運(yun)營,遼寧紅沿河核(he)電(dian)站一期和二期工程共6臺(tai)機組全面投(tou)產。
