《產(chan)(chan)業結構調整指導(dao)目錄(2024年(nian)(nian)本)》已經(jing)2023年(nian)(nian)12月(yue)1日第(di)6次委務會議(yi)審議(yi)通過,現予(yu)公布,自2024年(nian)(nian)2月(yue)1日起施行。《產(chan)(chan)業結構調整指導(dao)目錄(2019年(nian)(nian)本)》同時廢止。以下為北(bei)極星電力網梳理(li)的(de)鼓勵、限(xian)制、淘汰(tai)類電力相關內(nei)容:

1.大電(dian)(dian)網覆蓋范圍內,設計供電(dian)(dian)煤(mei)(mei)耗高(gao)(gao)于285 克標準煤(mei)(mei)/千(qian)瓦(wa)時的常(chang)規(gui)煙煤(mei)(mei)濕冷發電(dian)(dian)機組,設計供電(dian)(dian)煤(mei)(mei)耗高(gao)(gao)于300 克標準煤(mei)(mei)/千(qian)瓦(wa)時的常(chang)規(gui)煙煤(mei)(mei)空冷發電(dian)(dian)機組(不含燃用無(wu)煙煤(mei)(mei)、褐(he)煤(mei)(mei)等特殊煤(mei)(mei)型的機組)

2.無下泄生態(tai)流量(liang)的引(yin)水式水力(li)發電(dian)

3.達不到(dao)超低(di)排放要求的(de)煤電機組(采用特殊爐型的(de)機組除外)和燃煤鍋爐

淘汰類

1.不達標的單(dan)機(ji)容(rong)量 30 萬千瓦級及(ji)以下的常規燃煤火電(dian)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)(綜合利用機(ji)組(zu)(zu)除外)、以發(fa)電(dian)為主的燃油鍋爐及(ji)發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)(先立后改,根據發(fa)布的年度淘汰計(ji)劃(hua)有序(xu)淘汰)
